  • We will take a detailed history of your physical condition
  • We will make an assessment of your weight-related health problems
  • Based on your condition, we will place you in one of three tracks:
    • Medical (non-surgical) weight management
    • Surgical candidate requiring medical management
    • Fast Track Option

You may be asked to see physicians in any of the following related areas depending on your needs:

You'll be assigned a patient advocate who will be with you every step of the way. Your advocate will assist you with:
